In the following, Mark Henning (info@anamark.de) is called the "licensing authority" (abb.: LA). The licensee is called the "user".

This licence and the usage of AnaMark is under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If parts of this licence aren't legally valid, they're changed to legally valid parts, which differ as few as possible from the initial ones. This substitution must not set the user to a worse position than the initial parts. All other parts keep unchanged valid. Place of jurisdiction is Saarbrcken (Germany).

The LA is liable only for damages caused by intention or high negligence of his own. The sum of compensation is restricted to the official price of a user licence sold by the LA. The user must carry out precautions (e.g. backups) to minimize possible damages. You must not use AnaMark in "critical" systems or networks of which a failure may produce high damages
(e.g. nuclear power plants or hospitals).
